William G. “Gil” Slowe, age 78 of Bensalem passed away Sunday October 28, 2018 at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown. Born in Phila., and a resident of Bensalem for the past 50 years. Gil was a Master Mechanic with DG Farms for 26 years and with Bencardino Inc. Contractors until his retirement in 2000. Father of the late William G. Slowe Jr., and brother of the late Ronald Slowe. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 58 years, Veronica “Ronnie” McGee Slowe. Devoted father of Kimberly Dickson (Gary), Traci Slowe (Kenny) and Michael Slowe (Nicole). Grandfather of 6 grandchildren; Rebecca, Haley, Sean, Paige, Arianna and Gabrielle and 1 great grandchild, Hayden. Gil was also survived by his sister-in-law Anna Slowe and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Friday 8:30 am at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike Bensalem, PA 19020 followed by his Service at 10:30 am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
