It is with great sadness that the family of Charles J. “Chuck” Clifton, Jr., announce his sudden passing at his home on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. He was 65 years old. Chuck was born in Philadelphia on March 27, 1957, and preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Clifton (nee Macaluso), and father, Charles J. Clifton, Sr. in December 2003. He was stepfather to the late David Ryan Worthington who predeceased him in June 2021.
Chuck was a proud veteran who served in the United States Army. He worked as an HVAC Mechanic for the City of Philadelphia, Department of Recreation for over 20 years. He enjoyed cooking and could recreate many family recipes from memory or taste. He frequented Philadelphia bakeries, delis, and local food places, always finding the best treats. He had a love of sweets and enjoyed making people happy sharing food. He was a devoted and compassionate dog dad to his 3 pups (Joey, Bella, and Milk). They were always by his side and will miss him greatly.
