Dennis W. Feeney Sr., of Bristol, passed away peacefully at his home on August 26th. He was 70 years old. Dennis was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. After serving, he worked as a pattern maker for the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard and continued his career at Burns and Wohlgemuth. In his free time, Dennis was active with Disabled American Veterans (DAV), he enjoyed watching football (go birds) and most of all, he loved fishing and being near the water with a pair of binoculars. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Mary (nee Gallagher), his children: Rachel Shay (Jonathan) grandchildren Sebastian (Lexi) Aidan and Finneus, great grandson Ezra. Son Dennis Feeney Jr. (Kathleen) grandchildren Kenny (Kelsey) Paige (Jaiden), Liam, Tommy, Sarah, Meghan, Erin and great grandson Kayden. Daughter Kate McCarthy (Robert) and grandson Brody. Daughter Jillian Feeney (the Late Brian Castor) grandchildren Dominic (Emilia), James and Shane. Dennis is also survived by his sisters: Nancy Bradshaw (the Late Raymond), Barbara Blank (Jack), and Diane Denning (Kenneth). He was preceded in death by his sister, Lynne Lee (John). Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 on Wednesday, August 31st from 1:00-2:00 PM followed by his Service at 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.
