Francis “Jake” Vanderstine of Bensalem passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital. He was 74 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late Christopher and Eleanor (Sidman) Vanderstine, and a resident of Bensalem for the last 48 years. Jake enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, trips to the casino, his John Wayne movies and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 48 years, Frances “Fran” (McKiernan) Vanderstine. Jake will also be sadly missed by his two loving children: Michael (Ann) and Erin Vanderstine (Chris); His siblings: Christopher (Sandy), William (Marianne) and Robert Vanderstine (Dee); and his grandchildren "his girls": Sara, Leah, Shyann and Sierra and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Tuesday from 10 to 11 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 11 AM.
