Mary C. (Cacciacarne) Remick of Bensalem passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Chandler Hall Hospice. She was 90 years old. Born in South Philadelphia to the late Francesco and Mary (Petroni) Cacciacarne, she was a resident of Bensalem for the past 45 years, and worked as a teacher’s aide for the Bensalem School District for 30 years. She enjoyed roller skating, traveling, trips to the shore, listening to music, and cared deeply for all her students, throughout the years at Belmont Hills Elementary School. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Edward G. Remick and former husband, Joseph W. Cunningham. She will be deeply missed by her two loving children, Kathleen M. Heisler and Michael J. Cunningham, her granddaughter, Lauren Kuhn, along with many other relatives and friends. Mary was also preceded in death by her sisters, Violet Chinnici and Lillian Cross, and her brother Joseph Cacciacarne. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Tuesday, May 23, 2023, from 10 to 11 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Rite of Committal Resurrection Cemetery.
