Obituary for Maryann Taylor

Maryann “Miriam” (Casey) Taylor died Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Chandler Hall Hospice. She was 86 years old. Born May 5, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late James and Regina (St. Clair) Casey. Miriam had been a resident of Bensalem for over 50 years. She was predominately a homemaker but worked part time in the business end of the medical field. Miriam was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church for over 50 years. She was also a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Senior Citizens Club and has recently been a parishioner of St. Ephrem’s. Miriam was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Richard M. Taylor, who she deeply loved and missed. She will be sadly missed by her loving son J. Casey Taylor (Janie). Miriam is also survived by her Son In laws: Steve Bove and Stephen Hober: Her sisters: Dolores Graeff (Tony) and Patricia Sierko (the late Robert); 8 Grandchildren: Steven Bove, Beth Falloon (Roger), Daniel Bove (Joseph), Christian and Katherine Hober, Tabitha Gilbert, Braun, and Bryce Taylor; 3 Great Grandchildren: Timothy, Michael and Tatyana; Sister in Laws: Ann Casey, Claire Casey and her bother in law, Richard Mills and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Mary Jo Bove, Mary Kay Hober and Mary Ann Taylor; Her siblings: Regina Grimmer (Late Lewis), Richard, Joseph, and James Casey; Sister-in-laws, Mary Mills and Anne Taylor and brother-in-law, John Taylor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation, Tuesday January 12, 2021 10:00 am at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am. Rite of Committal Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials in her memory can be made to Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay St., Newtown, PA 19020.
