Obituary for Michael G. Misavage Sr.

Michael G. Misavage, Sr of Croydon passed away suddenly, Saturday, May 14, 2022, at his residence. He was 67 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late Albert A. and Mary A. (Pluta) Misavage. Mike was a resident of Croydon for the last 55 years and was formerly of Port Richmond Section in Philadelphia. He worked as maintenance man at the Philadelphia Coke Yard for over 20 years. Mike enjoyed working with his hands, whether it was on restoring antique cars with his late brother Carl or repairing lionel trains. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and always cherished his time fishing with them. Mike will be sadly missed by his three loving children: Mary Misavage (Fiancé George Sottung), Michael G. Misavage, Jr (Fiancé Aniela Skwarek) and Tammy Norris (Ryan, Sr); The mother of Tammy and Michael, Karen Rice; His grandchildren: Ryan, Jr, Maxxwell and Grayson and his loving dogs, Sandy and Midnight; and his lifelong friend Chris Quann. Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah E. (English) and his brother/best friend, Carl Misavage. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Thursday from 1 to 2 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 2 PM.
