Obituary for Robert Joseph Altomare

Robert Joseph Altomare of Langhorne passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023. He was 64 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late Richard and Catherine (Ramsey) Altomare and was formerly a resident of Gloucester County, NJ for over 20 years. He worked as a Meat Room Manager for Zallie’s ShopRite for 35 + years. Bob was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and collected many sports cards throughout the years. He was passionate about Bruce Springsteen music (Just not his politics). Bob will be deeply missed by his three sons: Nicholas (Amanda), Christopher (Kelly) and Jeffrey Altomare (Hannah). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren: Dylan Chunn. David Burns, Kaylee, Averi, Ryder, Sofie and Elly Altomare; His siblings: Nancy Verriccho, Carol Kane (Ken) and Albert (Janet), Frank (Diane) and Martin Altomare; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends. Bob was preceded in death by his siblings: Catherine Keagan, Marion Pfirrman, and Richard Altomare. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation, Thursday, March 30, 2023, from 6 to 7 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 7 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory can be made to The Bucks County Heroes Scholarship Fund.
