Walter T. Ulrich of Phila., passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021 at his residence. He was 79 years old. Walt was born in Philadelphia and was a lifelong resident. He worked as a truck driver for over 35 years with Local#470. Walt was car enthusiast. He also enjoyed watching Phillies and was an avid bowler. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 40 years, Mary (Guard). Walt is also survived by his children: Peter, Nicole, Douglas (Ashley) and Robert Ulrich and his two step-sons; Michael and James Donnelly (Olivija); His siblings: Bruce Ulrich (Dorothy), Linda Cass (Bill) and Thomas Ulrich; 16 Grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; Cousins: Kenny Sipple (Sally), Carol Sawi (the late Victor) and Betsy Press (Walter) and many other loving family members and friends. Walt was preceded in death by his parents, Walter T. and Bertha (Hillier) Ulrich and his brother, David Ulrich. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Monday, April 12, 2021, from 10 to 12 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by service at 12 PM. Interment will be private.
